1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Wings ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Social Wings provides a platform that enables Instagram Business account owners to automate responses to Instagram Direct Messages. The Service uses Meta's Platform API to connect to your Instagram Business account, receive incoming messages via Meta's Webhooks, and send automated replies that you configure through our dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms. The Service is available to agencies, freelancers, consultancies, and businesses that manage Instagram Business accounts.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of Social Wings, including any Instagram account connected through our platform, must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your automated messages comply with Meta's messaging policies and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend your account if your use of the Service violates Meta's policies or results in restrictions being placed on our developer application.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk messages in violation of applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws.
• Attempt to circumvent Meta's rate limits, restrictions, or authentication systems.
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts or damages our infrastructure or Meta's platform.

7. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of your Instagram account data and the automated reply content you configure. By using Social Wings, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely as necessary to operate the Service on your behalf. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may be affected by Meta API changes, maintenance windows, or factors beyond our control. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Wings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
